Vox Samples offers a 30-day return policy for all hardware and electronic equipment to ensure you have the perfect sound for your studio. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and technical exchanges.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
